Zirconia fiber board

Redon zirconia fiber products are tetragonal/cubic/monoclinic polycrystalline refractory fiber materials made of yttrium stabilized zirconia, with a melting point of more than 2700℃. The product after ultra-high temperature sintering, 1800℃ dimensional stability is good, can be used in 2200℃ high temperature environment.

Redon zirconia fiber board has different density of multi-specification products, with different strength and thermal conductivity, can be used in high temperature oxidation atmosphere, high temperature vacuum or other atmosphere will have discoloration phenomenon, does not affect the insulation effect.

Product feature:

1. High temperature resistance: Zirconia fiber is currently the highest temperature resistance, the lowest thermal conductivity of oxide fiber material, melting point up to 2715ºC, the product in the 1500-1900ºC range of constant temperature for more than 24 hours can be used for a long time.

2. Energy saving: Compared with alumina fiber materials widely used in the current market, this product can save up to 30% (1700ºC), and the higher the application temperature, the more significant the energy saving effect.

3. Shrinkage: the shrinkage rate is less than 0.15% (density 0.5g/cm3, 1800ºC) in the application temperature range.

4. No volatilization: no binder or combustion aid is added, the introduction of impurities is avoided, and there is no continuous release of organic matter or other ions in the application stage.

5. Long life: the product has the characteristics of high strength and low shrinkage above 1700ºC (the alumina fiber has been close to the softening temperature, the strength decreases and the shrinkage becomes large), and the life is 2 times that of the alumina fiber material.
