Nano aerogel composite insulation panel

After years of research and experiments, the R&D team of Shandong Redon High temperature Materials Co., Ltd. has successfully developed a new type of ceramic fiber composite insulation board, which not only completely exceeds the existing insulation materials in performance, but also has made a major breakthrough in the application range and energy saving effect.

In terms of product selection, the R&D team of Shandong Redon High temperature Materials Co., Ltd. selected high-performance aerogel thermal insulation materials and functional materials with heat shielding function, while also adapting a variety of binders with high bond strength and a variety of inorganic elements, with high temperature resistant ceramic fiber as reinforcement materials, prepared by special process. Finally, a new type of insulation material with excellent properties was formed.

The insulation material is unique in that it has a thin nanomesh structure, which can effectively reduce the solid state heat conduction of the material, thus giving it excellent thermal insulation properties. In addition, the thermal insulation material also has a rich nanopore structure, which can effectively inhibit the convection conduction of gas molecules, thus further improving the thermal insulation performance of the material.

 

Product description:

The ceramic fiber composite insulation board newly developed by Redon is made of aerogel insulation materials with excellent performance and functional materials with heat shielding function, adapted to binder and a variety of inorganic elements, and made of high temperature resistant ceramic fiber as reinforcement material by special process. The thin nanoporous structure of the insulation material can effectively reduce the solid heat conduction of the material, and the rich nanoporous structure can effectively inhibit the convective conduction of gas molecules. In addition, the absorption and reflection of thermal radiation of the functional material can make the thermal conductivity of the material at 600℃ about 0.030w/m.k. Compared with the current commonly used thermal insulation materials, the thermal insulation effect can be increased by 2-10 times.
