High temperature furnace pump repair material is a water-based high temperature insulation heat pump injection material, containing special engineering ceramic fiber, inorganic filler, inorganic binder, and trace organic polymer and other components, so that the product has a high temperature adhesive and curing joint filling. Construction guide:

1. Construction of plastic barrel pumping repair material

The prepared plastic barrel can be loaded with a glue gun, and the use method is the same as that of ordinary glass glue; Apply glue to the surface of the cleaned object, and then smooth it with a spatula.

2. Construction of barrel-filled pump repair material

Barreled products can be manually constructed in the form of trowels, or pumped equipment can be used for construction; Small and medium-sized repair, it is recommended to use stainless steel caulking gun, choose different styles of gun head according to the site construction location needs, you can also make your own extension pipe according to the site needs; For large repairs, it is recommended to use a hop-type pneumatic pumping unit, which requires compressed air to operate (typically a maximum pressure of 5-7psi). The weight of the pumpable unit is approximately 20kg; You can contact the service personnel to recommend construction equipment.

3. Curing conditions

Pump repair material can be dried at room temperature, but it takes a long time; It is better to use it directly with the heating of the furnace or to use it after the strong exhaust heating and drying at 100℃. Some fog will appear at the temperature raised by the first ignition, requiring ventilation to allow steam to escape.
