Generally, the total insulation thickness of the high temperature section should be 300~350mm, the total insulation thickness of the middle temperature section should be 250~300mm, and the total insulation thickness of the low temperature section should be 200~250mm, which can achieve good energy-saving insulation effect. Low bulk weight, light weight, low heat storage – the average bulk weight is 220kg/m3, which is 1/10 of the heavy resistant material and 1/5 of the light insulation brick, realizing the lightweight of the kiln top wall.
